I returned home late last night from a trip to New Mexico for my baby brother’s wedding.ย  I haven’t read a thing over the past week, but I did do a little bit of knitting on the airplane:ย  a little hat for Job (similar to this one), and a couple of repeats on this shawl (photographed at night in my lap on the plane).

  1. Ginny, chocolate brown is one of my favorite colors. Very pretty!

  2. Lovely yarn for the hat. It’s always nice to be home again. โ˜บ

  3. Beautiful shawl, it looks so so cozy. Your dedication to us all in hosting the yarn along knows no bounds! Plane photography! ๐Ÿ™‚ I hope you settle back into life again quickly, it is always hard for us when we travel!

  4. I hope you had a wonderful time at the wedding!

  5. Any shawl called Tess of the d’Urbevilles, has to be gorgeous…can’t wait to see the end result.
Hope you had an awesome time.

  6. I love the Tess shawl. Such an easy squishy shawl to wear. Love that brown yarn too. I’m knitting with two colors right now, “denim” and “chestnut” and I just keeping loving the brown so much. But I suppose its the season. In other news, we went to our local beekeeping meeting last night and learned so much! I thought of you guys…

  7. Waving to you from New Mexico, after the fact. ๐Ÿ™‚
