~ Two of my favorite things are knitting and reading, and the evidence of this often shows up in my photographs. I love seeing what other people are knitting and reading as well. So, what are you knitting or crocheting right now? What are you reading? Take a photo and share it either on your blog or on Flickr. Leave a link below to share your photo with the rest of us! ~
I decided to take your advice and start the second sock of the pair before finishing the first. That involved a trip to my local yarn store for more needles which was added incentive.
I finished reading Sarah’s Key within about two days, which is quick for me. Now I am reading Ida Elisabeth by Sigrid Undest (author of Kristin Lavransdatter, one of my all time favorite books-so much so that I give copies as gifts.) A few chapters in, I am enjoying Ida already.

I’m working on my second baby blanket for my daughter. I should finish today!! i love reading, knitting and crochet, but i have an impatient streak when it comes to big projects!
Oh, I love knitting socks! I’m working on one now, as a matter of fact. I can’t seem to get myself to post much of anything lately, not even a Yarn Along post. Maybe next week. I’ll cram a bunch of projects in one post.
Such a gorgeous green colorway, btw!
Lovely socks. Thanks for the book recommendation–i am not familiar with the author and have been wanting a good novel–looks just right!
I’m linking up! I’m finishing up Kristin Lavransdatter, so I’m excited about your book recommendation!
