That was fun!
The girls’ pouring supplies. (Most bought over the years here.)
Larkspur finished a project she has been working on and she’s very pleased. (pattern adapted from this book.)
She’s also started writing love notes for her baby brother. He likes them.
Mister Seahorse has long been a favorite book at our house. Inspired by the colorful Mr. Seahorse, Keats and I drew seahorses on watercolor paper for the girls to paint. (He is a far better artist than I am.) This simple activity was enjoyed by both girls.
I’ve decided to turn off comments starting tomorrow on most of my posts here for awhile. I hope you will all understand! I am certainly NOT doing this because I don’t like comments. On the contrary, I love hearing from all of you. I will probably turn comments on here and there, especially after Easter Sunday. The Yarn Along will carry on as usual, and if I get a sense that I need to leave comments on for that day I will.

Oh, Ginny. A girl of my own heart. I’ve been contemplating shutting down comments for a while. I’d love to talk with you (via email) as to your decision and its permanence (or not). Hugs and blessing, mama. xxoo Rachel

Wishing you a peaceful Lent. We are starting a big journey tomorrow and I look forward to every step. I just fear doing it all wrong. I am not so secretly hoping you do a Lent post 🙂 Did you see my message?

It’s a really good practice. I have turned off my comments every Lent since I started blogging…I miss them! but that is exactly what makes it a good sacrifice.

Love the kitty bag, and the great photo of L. on the bike, with the shades!
