A very green walk and some funny stuff.

I took a little walk around the yard today…
Unrelated funny things:
1.  Beatrix got into Jonny’s coffee.  She liked it a lot.  I need to get a proper video recorder-this is really poor quality.
2.  While I was away, Jonny bought a ten pack of little LED flashlights for ten bucks at the hardware store because we never can seem to find a flashlight when we need one.  Each kid got one.  One evening they started swinging them around their heads trying to imitate the flashing lights of a police car.  After a few minutes of that Seth remarked (in all seriousness), “What if instead of flashing lights on top, people rode around on top of police cars with cross eyes?”  I totally rolled on the floor when Jonny told me this story (just picture in your mind:  people riding around cross legged on top of police cars with their eyes crossed-this is what I do now when I start to feel sad. Maybe they would be yelling, “emergency!  emergency!” while crossing and uncrossing their eyes.  They would probably be wearing 70s era clothing as well.  The men would have curly afros and the women would have long straight hair parted in the middle -or is that 60s?  maybe they would look like Charlie’s angels instead.  Okay I am going to stop:   but if I cross my eyes at you, you know I mean business-either that or you know there’s an emergency.)  I can’t even talk about this with without laughing till I cry.  It was just such a weird and random thing for Seth to say, and my mind has taken it to even greater levels of weird and hilarious.  I do suspect that this won’t sound as funny to any of you as it does to me.  I understand completely.
