Hello?  How are all of you?  I am mostly moved in here.  (I’ll talk more about that later. )

For now, I just wanted to say hello and to wish you a Merry Christmas.

Ours has felt very peaceful and quiet.  Of course actual silence is mostly non existent at our house, but still, things feel quiet.  Quiet and happy.

(If you don’t mind, I’d love a quick hello from you this week, just so I know you’ve all made the move with me.)

Weekend

(that ball quite nearly hit me in the face!)
We’re having a busy weekend with baseball, gardening, a bit of cleaning up, and even a quiet lunch with a friend!  I hope you are enjoying yours too.
A few links for you:
As the weather turned chilly this weekend, I was prompted to order Silas some winter woolens from
Green Mountain Organics. Michelle is offering a 10% discount on woolens through September 30.   Enter “wool10″ at checkout.
Leila wrote a great piece on beginning a simple prayer life with children.
Jonny and I had a movie night recently and watched Fathead.  Have any of you watched it?  I’d love to hear your thoughts.
I get emails periodically that people are following me on Pinterest.  I am afraid my pinboard is a terrible disappointment and will probably stay that way.  But, after years of people telling me to check out Pandora radio, Seth and I have really gotten hooked on it.  I use it for classical background music with a little Louis Armstrong for dancing here and there.
