Hello? How are all of you? I am mostly moved in here. (I’ll talk more about that later. )
For now, I just wanted to say hello and to wish you a Merry Christmas.
Ours has felt very peaceful and quiet. Of course actual silence is mostly non existent at our house, but still, things feel quiet. Quiet and happy.
(If you don’t mind, I’d love a quick hello from you this week, just so I know you’ve all made the move with me.)

I hope you and yours are having a lovely relaxing, peaceful, 12 days of Christmas. I really do like your idea of how to implement this very much, and I shall try to add some aspects in to our family’s celebration next year.
I noticed in your ‘shift’ that, as I follow you in Google reader, I don’t get the ‘full’ post in Reader, just 3 or 4 lines, and that I then have to click through to read your post. I’m just wondering if you know why this is? I find it frustrating… I don’t have a lot of time to get in my blog reading and I’m hoping to unplug more in 2012. Yours isn’t the only blog where I have to click through to, and it’s just a leeettle annoying (perhaps I’d be better of subscribing via email, then I’d get the entire thing?). Just my lowly 2 cents worth.
I hope 2012 is all you need it to be.

Merry Christmas! from a fellow Virginian. I love your blog. Hubbie loves trees and brought home that famous old trees of Virginia coffee table book. When I told him you visit those trees, he immediately wanted to do the same – we haven’t begun yet but this coming spring may be the time!
Your eye for beauty is inspiring.
Wishing you prayerful, candlelit moments with our Infant Savior and
Yuletide blessings to you and yours…
